Today, corporate actions are primarily characterized in practice by CSD/registrar processes and centralized corporate actions workflows. Current systems are based either on traditional CSDs or on hybrid, partially automated solutions. These still require intermediaries and/or manual intervention. The new approach aims for complete decentralization and digital compliance.
