Overview
A digitized healthcare system creates access to comprehensive health data via electronic patient records, digital tools and data platforms. This improves the understanding of diseases, promotes personalized therapies and medical innovations.
Despite intensive discussions on digitization and data use, personal interests often take priority, making objective discussion difficult. As a neutral authority, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts can approach the topic in a solution-oriented manner. The aim of the project is to discuss the study results at a specialist event, carry out a reality check, collect contributions on data commercialization in the Swiss healthcare system and publish the results in the Swiss Data Space Forum.
