Overview
As experienced employees retire, valuable institutional knowledge often leaves with them, causing information gaps, reduced operational efficiency, and challenges for incoming staff. To address this, we implement a Retrieve-Augment-Generate (RAG) system that integrates video-based tutorials with textual data, creating a multimodal approach to knowledge retrieval. This system allows users to access both relevant video content and textual information, offering a richer, more dynamic learning experience. By including video tutorials, the system enhances knowledge accessibility and retention, offering a comprehensive resource tailored to users needs.
The system will also incorporate tone analysis to refine user interactions. By analyzing the emotional tone and context of user queries and retrieved content, it can deliver adaptive, empathetic responses, ensuring users receive supportive, relevant guidance. This tone-aware feature personalizes interactions, improving engagement and usability.
