Overview

In order to be able to offer the best and most efficient service on the one hand, Thermoplan would like to develop a model to be able to assess the “state of health” of a machine. The cloud data with comprehensive information about the active machines provides a platform to continuously monitor the status of all active devices. This helps the end customer so that the machine does not fail unexpectedly and helps Thermoplan to better allocate resources.

How can the "state of health" be defined? How can the condition be determined? How reliable is a statement about the condition? What are the influencing factors that are decisive for the condition of the coffee machine?
