Overview

As part of this project we build up a VR/AR centre which allows interested SMEs to gain insights into these technologies, create prototypes, launch projects and offer training for their employees and/or customers. Furthermore, the centre will also be used by schools and universities for educational purposes.

We offer the following services:

  • Showroom: Visitors are able to explore the full spectrum of available infrastructure and tools to gain hands-on experience and understanding of the possibilities by showcasing examples from industry and services. We aim to create a wow-effect but also show realistic opportunities.
  • Projects: SMEs are able to use the infrastructure and hire the members of the centre to realize their projects. We support the SMEs in developing their idea and/or realising the project itself.
  • Training: We offer public, semi-public and company internal training sessions concerning applications and technologies, from novices to experts. We also explicitly target schools and other universities.
  • Knowledge transfer: The experts of the VR/AR centre are not only available for trainings and projects, but furthermore assure the transfer of knowledge between HSLU and the SMEs.
