Overview

This project aims at increasing the implementation of industrial EEM, thus reducing the national energy demand by 30%-40%. It thereby answers the following questions:

- How the implementation of EEM impacts on business strategies and goals in the different Swiss industrial sectors?

- Are these impacts playing the decisive role in the organizational decision-making process in favour of EE investments, in particular of those with highest energy savings potential? 

- How can federal energy-policies leverage and include these impacts as key instruments to boost the implementation rate of EEM and reduce energy demand in the Swiss industry?
