Day 1: AI Foundations and Strategy

On Day 1, we start by demystifying AI fundamentals and addressing why most AI initiatives fail to deliver business value. You will explore the essential foundations that separate successful AI adoption from costly missteps, with a focus on governance, data-driven mindset, and organizational culture. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and a hands-on workshop, you will identify leverage points to drive impactful AI initiatives in your own organization.

By the end of the day, you will understand the opportunities AI represents for your business and how to enact the necessary changes in your organization.

Day 2: Hands-on AI for Leaders

On Day 2, the focus shifts from strategy to action. You will experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to gain a first-hand understanding of their capabilities and limitations. Through guided exercises, you will learn how to evaluate off-the-shelf solutions versus in-house development (build vs. buy), assess technology maturity, and enterprise-readiness.

The afternoon features a design sprint, where you and your peers will tackle a real business challenge. You will prototype an AI-powered solution, draft governance and operational processes, and present your work for peer and instructor feedback.

By the end of the day, you will know how to integrate AI into your business workflows, judge which technologies are worth investing in, and turn abstract ideas into viable projects.

Day 3: Leading AI Transformation

The final day focuses on execution at scale. You will work on building a compelling business case for an AI-heavy project, taking into account your organizational context.

As a capstone workshop, you will design a 12-month AI roadmap for your organization, using tailored templates and receiving live coaching from instructors. The day concludes with final presentations, where you will refine your roadmap based on peer review and expert feedback.

Beyond the classroom

  • A pre-course AI readiness survey ensures the program is tailored to your organizational context.
  • After the course, you will have the opportunity to join a follow-up coaching session to keep momentum and refine your roadmap.
  • You will join our community of AI business leaders to continue to share experiences and best practices and stay connected with peers driving AI transformation.
