Whether it's climate change, globalization, or digitalization, fundamental changes are currently taking place in numerous areas. Many people are concerned with shaping these change processes in a sustainable way and orienting them toward enabling a livable future. But how do we get from this concern to concrete action?
We want to explore this question in the “Prototyping Transformation” workshop—specifically in the areas that participants bring with them or in which their change concerns are located. In doing so, we are guided by the guiding principle of BA Creative Transformation: think sustainably—design livably—act together. The goal is to develop ideas for concrete transformation projects.
In the first part of the workshop, we will use examples to give a brief introduction to the topic of “sustainable transformation” as understood by BA Creative Transformation. Then it's up to the participants: the aim is to use rapid prototyping to develop concrete ideas for transformation projects in the areas that are close to the participants' hearts. In the second part of the workshop, these ideas will be pitched and structured feedback will be given on the individual approaches.
The workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to discover their potential as a change maker and explore how they can develop this potential professionally in line with their interests and topics. At the same time, the workshop can also be used to prepare for the BA Creative Transformation application and to further develop your own ideas into a prospective project outline.
On the following day, there will also be an opportunity to take advantage of individual coaching sessions to reflect on the results of the workshop, explore next steps, and further refine your application.
The workshop will take place digitally on Zoom.
