The Institute of Tourism and Mobility ITM is one of four institutes at the Lucerne School of Business. Partners, clients, and students benefit from our comprehensive expertise in tourism- and mobility-specific education and professional development, applied research, and practice-oriented consulting.

The Institute for Tourism and Mobility ITM has been conducting research, providing consulting services, and teaching in the fields of tourism, mobility, and sustainability since 1993.

The institute’s expert faculty and research staff undertake research and service projects at the regional, national, and international levels.

Aspiring, career-changers, or practicing professionals in the fields of tourism, mobility, and sustainability benefit from the Institute’s engaging educational and continuing education programs. Instruction is provided by experienced faculty members who, in addition to proven expertise, possess extensive practical experience and a broad network within the industry.

There is a team of 40 people working at the Institute of Tourism and Mobility ITM. Combining the individual strengths and expertise from each team member makes the institute a competence centre for tourism, mobility and sustainability.
