Do you appreciate coming into contact with talented young students – and do you have projects that have long been on the back burner? If so, the coaching programme is just the thing for you! Give students in the last year of their Tourism & Mobility degree programme the opportunity to enhance their career aptitude by giving them deeper insights into the industry gained from active involvement in your company. As a coaching organisation, you benefit from interested and motivated young students with well-founded and up-to-date knowledge of the tourism and mobility sector.

Potential activities

Involvement in projects (possibly even on an independent basis); drafting concepts or strategies; benchmarking or other evaluations; organising events; assistant activities, etc.

Scope of deployment

Bachelor students can essentially work one full day at the company during their studies. Longer periods are possible during semester breaks. You yourself specify the exact form of collaboration with the students. The first practical period lasts at least two weeks and takes place between the end of June and the beginning of September 2026. Compensation is not the main focus. We estimate approximately CHF 2,500 to CHF 4,000 per month (for a full-time position).

Role of the coach

You take on the role of coach and support students in the company as they gather initial work experience.

Benefits to companies offering coaching

  • Project work can be taken care of.
  • Temporary integration of young, motivated students with up-to-date knowledge and skills.
  • Get to know potential future employees.
  • Make an active contribution to enhancing students’ career aptitude in the field of tourism and mobility.
