Overview
During this immersive, fully taught-in-English week in Hamburg, participants explore global trade, leadership, and collaboration at the heart of one of Europe’s most international business hubs. The program combines inspiring academic insights from partners at the HAW Hamburg, the University of Hamburg, the German Institute for Global Affairs (GIGA), and the Kiel Institute for the World Economy with exclusive company visits to global champions such as Airbus, Montblanc, Beiersdorf, Tchibo, Steinway, and Kühne + Nagel. Participants gain first-hand perspectives on international trade and supply chains at the Port of Hamburg and engage with senior leaders from business, politics, and culture. Interactive sessions on leading global and intercultural teams are complemented by curated cultural experiences from the Elbphilharmonie to HafenCity, creating a unique learning environment. The week concludes with reflection, peer exchange, and actionable takeaways for leading and managing in an increasingly interconnected world.
