Biography
Andreas Hieronymi is a lecturer at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – School of Business, with a focus on work and organizational psychology and systems thinking. He is interested in how individuals, teams and organizations can understand complex situations, develop shared capacity for action and make better decisions.
In teaching and projects, he combines psychological, systemic and didactic perspectives – particularly in the fields of leadership, collaboration, communication, organizational development and systems thinking.
In his teaching, he works with visual methods, case-based learning, reflection, cooperative learning formats and digital learning environments.
