The Senior Management is made up of the Dean, the three Standing Committee Heads and the six Heads of Institute, who perform several roles within the matrix organisation.
The Standing Committee on Research and Development/Services at the Lucerne School of Business is responsible for promoting, coordinating and developing research and development as well as third-party services.

The Standing Committee is chaired by Prof Erik Nagel. He also chairs the continuing and executive education conference, which is made up of all the continuing education and executive education coordinators at the four Institutes.
