Admission Requirements: Master of Arts
As a rule, a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a creative field is an admission requirement for the Master’s programmes. However, prospective students with an equivalent education or employment-related experience may apply “sur dossier”.
In addition to a Bachelor’s degree, a federally recognised or equivalent academic baccalaureate or a primary school teacher diploma are admission requirements for the Master’s programme in Fine Arts with a Major in Art Teaching at baccalaureate (GCSE “A”) level. (Applications with a vocational baccalaureate and completed “Passerelle” scheme are possible, however the final admission is contingent on the decision of the Executive Board at the beginning of June 2021).
Submission of a portfolio and an interview are part of the admission procedure. The admission procedure varies slightly from course to course.
A registration fee of CHF 200.-- will be charged and must be paid in full prior to submitting your application. You may pay your enrolment fee using a PostFinance Card (debit card), TWINT, a credit card (Mastercard or VISA) and PostFinance Mastercard® Value.
