SPROCESSING STUFF – Print Design 1 and Embroidery Design 1
In each three-week module students delve into the two textile design techniques of printing and embroidery, and acquire a broad repertoire in each of these fields. Students use colours deliberately and are sensitized to the creative potential of the interaction of materials, patterns, and printing and embroidery techniques. They gain analytical insights into natural and synthetic materials, discuss issues of sustainability, and practice discourse in English. Lecturers: Nicole Marsch (Print Design), Daniela Zimmermann (Embroidery Design), Marion Becella, Susan Curtis, Tina Moor, Tina Tomovic and Marco Paniz.
