Overview
The immediate aim of this course is to enable students to apply their English more competently in degree-course subjects. A further aim is to enable students to improve their intercultural communication in English. The topic of intercultural communication will be enhanced by the collaboration between participants from the various disciplines with overseas students.
The course includes personalized feedback on set writing tasks and a check-up on written standards. It then moves on to consider verbal and non-verbal elements in presentations and discussions.
