The Helpdesk is available for all staff, students and people involved in a continuing and executive education course at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU), the University of Teacher Education Lucerne (PH Luzern) and the Swiss German Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education (BKZ-GS).

Monday to Friday, from 07:30 until 12:00 and from 13:00 until 17:00
Opening hours during christmas days:
From December 24, 2021, 12:00 noon to and including January 2, 2022, the IT Services Helpdesk will be closed. A standby service will be available for emergencies on the following days.
