Mobility of lecturers and administrative staff
Mobility is not limited solely to students – employees can also benefit from it as well. We welcome this as it promotes the internationality of the University and reinforces the cooperation with our partners.
The Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts is a member of the Europe-wide Swiss-European Mobility Programme. This exchange programme supports lecturers, research associates and administrative staff with financial subsidies for travel and living expenses when staying abroad in Europe as part of work or continuing education.
A differentiation is made between two different types of mobility:
- Teaching posts for lecturers
Length: two days to two months (at least eight lessons)
- Continuing education for all employees (e.g. job shadowing, workshops, seminars, etc.)
Length: two days to two months
Visitors from partner universities in Rotkreuz
The Lucerne School of Information Technology is very interested in welcoming colleagues from international partner universities to the Zug-Rotkreuz campus. There is the possibility of inviting lecturers or employees from partner universities to take part in the teaching programme at the School of Information Technology. Visitors from European universities can apply for financial subsidies towards their travel and living expenses.
