The Master of Science in Engineering with specialization in Cyber Security offers a unique opportunity for students with an interest in both research and business.

The importance of information and cyber security in industry, business, government and society is growing constantly and rapidly, as is the complexity of the subject. Admission requirements for the specialization in Cyber Security

As a consecutive master’s program, the Master of Science with specialization in Information and Cyber Security consolidates and expands the knowledge acquired in the bachelor's program. Prospective students need a bachelor's degree in one of the following areas:

  • BSc in Information and Cyber Security
  • BSc in Computer Science
  • BSc in Data Science

Applications with other degrees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Professional profile for the specialization in Cyber Security

MSE graduates with a specialization in ICS have the skills and knowledge to design, build and manage innovative security systems and architectures, to assess the requirements of the relevant stakeholders and to consider regulatory issues. They integrate security aspects in complex environments and add to their robustness. MSE graduates not only apply efficient and effective tools to analyze, manage, simulate and model, they also develop these tools themselves. They have the profound knowledge and understanding to systematically identify problems and vulnerabilities and to eliminate them with the appropriate measures.
