The Language Centre offers courses in nine languages, as well as German as a foreign language. Its courses are free of charge to the University's students and staff.

Student Association Informatics Rotkreuz (STAIR)

STAIR is an association representing all students at the Lucerne School of Computer Science and Information Technology. It ensures students’ interests are represented, offers additional infrastructure and organizes events for students.

FabLab

Very straightforward, quick and available to all, the FabLab is a digital do-it-yourself workshop located in the former boiler room of the Lucerne School of Engineering and Architecture. It contains a laser cutter, three Ultimaker 3D printers, a CNC milling machine, a styrofoam hot wire cutter, a deep-draw thermoforming machine and an electronics area.
