This makes it possible to determine the suitability of different daylight control systems for certain room configurations, functional requirements and locations. The color integration and reflection of PV façades can also be quantified for architecturally integrated photovoltaic applications.
Daylight control systems and photovoltaic systems can not only be analyzed but also developed further based on the measurement technologies and software development. In doing so, virtual variations are designed, simulated and compared. The influence of individual parameters on the end result can then be analyzed and optimized.
