In order to deepen the skills and knowledge acquired in your BSc program, the Computer Science profile offers the possibility to specialize in Software Engineering and Technology, Information and Communication Systems, or Cypersecurity and Advanced User Interfaces within the framework of your Master of Science in Engineering program. Your choice of theory modules and the topics of your individual project work will depend on your chosen specialization.
Thanks to the flexible timetable, you will be able to focus on your career development and goals. You can achieve this by participating in one of the research programs currently conducted in our research centers at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts or with our industry partners. The Master of Science in Engineering is offered as a cooperation Master’s with other Swiss universities of applied sciences, which is why you will be able to choose from a wide range of modules and thus deepen your knowledge of your specific fields of interests. These modules ordinarily take place in Zurich. Each MSE student is supervised by a personal advisor throughout the program. The latter generally also supervises your two specialization projects and the master’s thesis.
Advisors in the specialist area of Computer Science offer technical support across a broad range of topics.
