Application deadline

Applicants with an EU or Swiss passport are encouraged to apply at least four months before the start of the semester. Later applications may still be considered. For non-EU applicants, the deadline is one month earlier - April 15 at the latest - due to visa processing times. For more information, please visit the "Admission" page.

The fall semester starts in September and the spring semester starts in February.

For newly enrolled students, the 2026/27 academic year already starts with the compulsory introductory days on 7/8 September 2026.
