The Institute of Innovation and Technology Management IIT regards innovation as an interdisciplinary, customer-centered approach that deals with the different priorities of technology, business and individuals. The institute has industry-spanning technical and methodological expertise in the field of system, product, process and business model innovation, as well as in technology management. Classic economics, engineering and industrial design processes are used in teaching, research and continuing education to address holistic issues.

Im März 2021 startete das CAS «MIND Intrapreneurial Leadership» für Kaderpersonen der Migros-Industrie erfolgreich. Heute,  zwei Jahre später, stehen wir bereits inmitten der 2. Durchführung.
