At the Diversity and Inclusion Forum 2025 we will explore the importance of networking, how to position yourself professionally, and how career paths can be built without having to choose between success and personal life. It highlights the importance of creating professional networks already during university, understanding how to present yourself when entering your career, and knowing your rights in the workplace. We will also look at the policies and tools that exist to support equality and close the gender and pay gaps.
Through three short talks, we will hear from voices in gender gap policies, from women who have built strong and personal career paths, and from those who have returned to work after a break. Together, we will explore how to grow a meaningful career without giving up personal goals. The event is organised in collaboration with Women in Power Switzerland and will end with an Apero for informal conversation and networking.
