Our experts in the areas of training, continuing education and research work every day to support the federal government's Energy Strategy 2050 in all areas of performance and make valuable contributions here.

In the area of education and training, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts is committed to combating the current shortage of skilled workers and training the next generation of energy professionals with in-depth technical expertise. In the area of research and development, our experts work together with their cooperation partners on pioneering energy solutions for a more sustainable world.

In the four Bachelor's degree programs Energy and Environmental Engineering, Building Services | Energy, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering, we train future specialists in the energy sector. There is also the option of further deepening know-how in the Master's degree program in Engineering (MSE).

The experts of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts share their profound know-how and the latest scientific findings with an interested public on an ongoing basis and regularly invite them to larger and smaller events where dialogue as well as the cultivation of relationships and networks play an important role.

Verkehrshaus

Verkehrshaus der Schweiz

Auch im Verkehrshaus nimmt das Thema Energie einen zentralen Platz ein. Davon zeugt die Sonderausstellung «Experience Energy!», die ab April 2023 im House of Energie Besucherinnen und Besucher zum Nachdenken anregen will. Mit ihrer wissenschaftlichen Expertise stand die Hochschule Luzern dem Verkehrshaus von der ersten Idee bis zur Eröffnung der Ausstellung mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und ist mit zwei richtungsweisenden Exponaten vor Ort vertreten. Auch darüber hinaus nutzt die Hochschule Luzern das Verkehrshaus als Begegnungsort zum gezielten Wissenstransfer.
