The Lucerne School of Art and Design underwent a profound transformation process. In the course of a development of the Bachelor curriculum, the individual programmes were examined: Are students sufficiently prepared for (digital) change when they graduate? Are they able to realize transformations through critical thinking? Do they have enough self-confidence and empathy to collaborate in diverse teams? Addressing these questions resulted in a fundamental update of the education programmes. The publication «Update Available» follows the ups and downs of this process.
