The diversity of perspectives and teaching formats is complemented by a clear module structure in which the literacy and agency, methods, and project-specific expertise required for the design of transformation processes are learned iteratively while working on your own project. In addition, there are cross-curricular +++modules.

The curriculum of the BA Creative Transformation adapts to the respective interests and concerns of the students and their projects. The program allows students to move flexibly between university and practical experience. It combines the teaching of transformative skills and project-specific expertise with the development and testing of students' own transformation concepts under real-world conditions. The interaction between the university and non-university practical and professional contexts is actively promoted, and the flexibility between the different ways of thinking and approaches of those involved is closely supported.

The BA Creative Transformation program combines courses that teach creative and design skills from the fields of art and design with the opportunity to individually deepen topics relevant to one's own project in interdisciplinary modules, while at the same time testing them hands-on and developing them iteratively. The program thus becomes an organic context for learning, development, and implementation in which change makers can develop their own transformative creative profile in close contact with reality.

Despite all the opportunities for individualization, the “heart” of the BA Creative Transformation program is the joint core curriculum and PEER exchange at its center. In addition to courses with lecturers and guests, as well as regular group excursions, exchange between students is encouraged throughout the entire program: through various workshop formats with a focus on peer learning and, last but not least, through informal exchange in the shared BA Creative Transformation studio in Viscosistadt.
