We arrange buyer supplier relationships, structure governance relations and analyse the impact of role distribution between protagonists (public authority, incumbent, transport companies, third parties). Additionally, we analyse the transaction costs of different management systems, and assess regulatory regimes on the public transport system capacities regarding innovation and cooperation.
We offer a toolbox of methods for the creative and targeted search for innovation potential, a method for precisely selecting attractive tourist services as well as a short survey tool for the segmentation of leisure customers. We also develop new services, facility features, information and marketing development activities, cluster individual services into packages, profile new offers to meet the needs of customer segments and assess both demand and cannibalisation effects.
We estimate cost and benefits (e.g. demand potential) of new services and service improvements, evaluate implemented service improvements, plan cycles and personnel needs and carry out cost and revenue assessment for offers.
