The international exchange with renowned researchers and practitioners as well as the discussion of international megatrends and their effects on the real estate markets are of highest importance within the MScRE. In this context, the exchange with internationally recognized personalities during the lectures provides further insights into international topics and add a significant value for the students and the faculty. In December 2018, Prof. Jesse Keenan PhD of Harvard University lectured on investments and climate change and the resulting consequences for the real estate markets.
