The scholarship of maximum CHF 3’300 is awarded to a motivated person without sufficient financial means (who is not already receiving financial support elsewhere). The applicant must state his or her motivation in a personal letter and must convince the jury why studying tourism fulfills a personal and professional aspiration.
The jury consists of representatives from HSLU School of Business and INTP, the International Network of Tourism Professionals, who are together building bridges for future generations in the tourism sector by offering this one-off scholarship.
The scholarship consists of CHF 3’000 for tuition fees and other administrative fees (such as introductory seminar, enrolment, examination and graduation fees, course material, student card, students’ union membership, and the campus sport program fee and so on) and CHF 300 CHF for travel expenses (flight or train to Lucerne, Switzerland). The total amount of the scholarship therefore is 3’300 CHF.
