OBJECTIVIZING MOVEMENTS AND ENGAGING FANS IN FREESTYLE SKIING // Vorn manufactures a smart shirt capable of measuring different metrics related to human movement and physiology.

DESCRIBING FLOORBALL TACTICS IN REAL-TIME // Floorball is a young and dynamic sport. Dartfish has installed a optical tracking system in the AXA Arena in Winterthur. They can record movements of players and ball in near real time from games played on a very high level.
Dartfish is interested in making better use of this data by extracting tactical elements of game play and use them to objectively describe tactial pattern of game play. BUILDING AN AUTONOMOUSLY GOVERNED DATA ECONOMY // The blockchain technology is known for its use in cryptocurrency. However it allows developers to create autonomously governed data transaction platforms.
The International Ice Hockey Federation would like to use this technology to allow stakeholders to make better use of their data and to hand data sovereignty over to the athlete. VISUALIZING TACTICAL HANDBALL EVENTS IN REAL-TIME // Kinexon provides an instrumental handball to the German Handball League. This is one of the first tracking system that can provide such reliable data, that real-time detection and visualization of tactical patterns in Handball becomes possible.

VISUAL COMMUNICATION OF TURN METRICS IN ALPINE SKIING // Alpine Skiing is all about not loosing propulsive energy while performing turn. Model are well know but hard to communicate to athletes.
