Family Enterprise and Entrepreneurial Family 

Family businesses and business families face specific challenges due to the close and inseparable connection between family and business. These require special solutions in order to meet the complex requirements.

We support family businesses in developing individually tailored strategies and in recognizing and exploiting the opportunities that arise from this unique constellation. Business management research and consulting often do not adequately cover the needs of family businesses. As a rule, this is geared more towards large public companies, where the family character and the dynamics of a concentrated circle of owners do not play a role.

The 'family businesses' area of expertise is specifically geared towards the needs and challenges of family businesses. It offers support in dealing with specific issues resulting from the close interdependence of family and company. This includes developing strategies to resolve conflicts within the family that could have a negative impact on the company, as well as exploiting the opportunities that arise from this dynamic.
