Bachelor of Arts in Product and Industrial Design with Specialisation in Object Design
As authors and service providers, object designers work on a wide range of issues relevant to culture and business and develop independent, benefit-oriented, production-oriented, sustainable solutions that are of a high artistic quality. They work in the development teams of companies or design agencies, or they work independently. They can license their product ideas with a producer or found their own label and sell their products on their own. The Bachelor of Arts in Object Design also qualifies graduates for a consecutive Master of Arts in Design with a specialisation in Product Design or Service Design.
You can find all necessary information on admission requirements in the section of Admission Procedure and Admission Requirements.
The admission process consists of two parts. After registering, the applicant submits a digital portfolio and a design homework assignment. During a joint admission day at the Lucerne School of Art & Design, applicants get to know life in the Object Design programme.
