Data is a key source of knowledge and a basis for forward-looking decisions. However, data can only release its full potential in conjunction with its critical interpretation, intelligent linking, visual processing and successful communication. The creative industries, corporations, NGOs, cultural and research institutions are just some of the fields with a demand for specialists that have the ability to harness data and to use it to tell stories that move people.
This versatility is mirrored in the curriculum: your work will be both digital and analogue, graphic and animated, narrative and interactive, 2D and 3D. You will produce designs for screens, for public spaces and for virtual environments alike. Throughout the programme, you will have the liberty to work with issues from your personal fields of interest. Depending on your interests, you will be able to adopt an applied, exploratory-investigative or artistic-curative approach over the course of your studies.
