The Camera Arts degree programme and its cross-disciplinary focal points Photography & Arts, Editorial Photography & Media Design, Transmedia Storytelling, and Communities & E-Cultures qualify the graduates for narrational, relational and transmedial careers in the realm of photography and visual culture.
They acquire an eclectic mix of knowledge and skills, which can be put to good use in fields such as editorial photography, visual journalism, transmedia narrative in print and online media, or artistic projects. They are capable of working as freelancers, in collectives or in the communication departments of commercial enterprises or cultural institutions both public and private. The bachelor's degree also qualifies them to enrol in a consecutive Master of Arts in Fine Arts or Master of Arts in Design.

The admission procedure consists of two parts. Assuming that the application has been submitted on time, the applicant is then required to submit a portfolio of his or her work and complete an art-related task. This will determine whether he or she is invited for an interview.
