The Diversity Specialist Unit of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts comprises eight members: besides the head of the Specialist Unit, these consist of seven Diversity Officers representing the six Schools, the President’s Office and Services.
The Diversity Officer of the Lucerne School of Art and Design is Anna Bessler. She advises students, employees and lecturers on all aspects of diversity – for instance equal opportunity issues; coping with work, study and family obligations; cultural diversity and so forth.
