Bachelor of Arts in Product and Industrial Design with Specialisation in Spatial Design
Design ranks among the most important sectors in Switzerland’s creative industries. Graduates with a Bachelor of Arts in Spatial Design therefore find job opportunities in a great variety of fields. Depending on special interests and strengths they may work in agencies for experience, service or interaction design, in creative studios for immersive brand events, in stage design, or in classic interior design offices. Prospects further include touristic re-enactments, corporate design, and brand worlds, retail and trade fair architectures, exhibition and museum design, stage design, lighting design, and audiovisual media.
Graduates can also upgrade their skill sets in fields such as Design Leadership, Design Methods, Design Research and Producing Added Value through Design, by taking a Masters (MA) in Design at the Lucerne School of Design, Film and Art.

The entrance examination is comprised of two parts. After registering in time for the deadline, the applicant hands in a portfolio and a work assignment realised on a set theme (which will be communicated by the department in due time).
