The Lucerne School of IT is happy to announce its new progression arrangement with Coventry University. This agreement forsees a route for BSc graduates to study in one of the four postgraduate courses at Coventry University mentioned hereafter.

BSc graduates can transfer to the following master's courses of the School of Computing, Electronics and Mathematics
- MSc Computer Science
- MSc Cyber Security
- MSc Management of Information Systems and Technology
- MSc Software Development
The list of courses can be found here. On the website you can view the course details and costs. Tuition fees for the academic year 2020/2021 have been confirmed and for EU students (incl. Swiss nationals) for Computing Postgraduate courses the fee is £9200. Tuition fees are To Be Confirmed (TBC) each academic year. Please check each course and the tuition fee as these may vary from each course.

It has been confirmed that EU nationals (Swiss nationals have the same right as EU students) have the same rights and access as UK students to study in the UK until academic year 2021 (until Brexit discussions have been confirmed). Depending on the outcome of the Brexit discussions, regulations might change. However, students have access to the UK Government loan for academic year 2020/2021. Students from HSLU I wishing to progress and study a postgraduate course at Coventry University would need to complete the application form and send it along with the following documentation:
- Passport / Identification Card
- Personal Statement
- An academic reference signed and on headed paper
- Copy of official academic transcript (and certificate if available)A telephone assessment with our EU team can be conducted to assess the level of English for Swiss nationals.
As a minimum to submit an application, the application form and a copy of the students passport/identification card is required. The student can work on supplying the rest of the documents.
Once an application has been submitted, the student will receive a letter within 5 working days. This will outline the student’s next steps and any conditions they need to meet. Once all conditions have been met, the student will receive their Unconditional Offer.

Application Deadline for September Intake: End of August
Once students have submitted their application and received a Conditional or Unconditional Offer, they would need to accept the offer before applying for University maintained accommodation. Once the student has accepted their offer via email they apply for accommodation here.
They need their Student ID to apply which would be found on the offer letter. Accommodation types along with information, pricing and a virtual tour can be found on the website.
