| Organizational Behavior | |
Course Description | The course provides students with an introductory knowledge of organizational behavior, focusing on the three key areas: the individual, groups, and organizations. The course aims to introduce students to OB practice from a global perspective through the use of carefully selected texts, articles and case studies. Furthermore, students are expected to draw on their immediate work experience and establish parallels with the coursework in the form of prepared weekly discussions. The course is taught in English with the aim of further developing students’ language skills in the field of management. |

Prerequisites | Completion of two semesters of the HFT English Communication course, or an equivalent program. |
Teaching Methods | Instructor presentations, class discussions, prepared student-led discussions, case studies, reading/self-study. The course places a strong emphasis on enabling students to build a bridge between the classroom and the workplace. The course also integrates language teaching in developing students’ vocabulary and understanding of the English language as used in this specialized field. |
