The Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association (SECA) is the representative body for Switzerland‘s private equity, venture capital and corporate finance industries. SECA has the objective to promote private equity and corporate finance activities in Switzerland.
Private Equity refers to equity investments in privately held, non-quoted companies («Beteiligungsfinanzierungen»). Corporate Finance Services are advisory services related to mergers, acquisitions, buyouts and the financing of companies.

CFO Forum Schweiz - CFOs
Das CFO Forum Schweiz, kurz CFOs, ist eine Vereinigung von Finanzchefs sowie von Personen, die mit dem Berufsstand des CFO eng verbunden sind. Das CFOs bietet eine breite, unabhängige und professionelle Plattform im Bereich der finanziellen Unternehmensführung und arbeitet aktiv an deren weiteren Professionalisierung mit.

swissVR ist eine Vereinigung von Verwaltungsrätinnen und Verwaltungsräten. Die Vereinigung will ein breites Netzwerk für Mitglieder von Verwaltungsräten bilden, den Erfahrungsaustausch unter den Mitgliedern und mit Dritten fördern, Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten für Verwaltungsräte anbieten, eine Informationsplattform zur Verfügung stellen sowie Forschungsaktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit Hochschulen initiieren und unterstützen.

The object of the Association is to represent and protect the interests and rights of the Zug (and its surrounding area) based community of companies active in in the supply chain of commodities, including but not limited to exploration, production, processing, trading and marketing.
Zug Commodity Association (ZCA) members benefit from focused relationships with authorities and with other lobbying groups and attain relevant information, education and research. Furthermore, ZCA will serve as a platform for social interaction.
