Master’s courses at Lucerne School of Business aim to link proven research methods with content that is directly relevant to the applied realm, a combination that offers a unique set of strengths when it comes to professional development. Furthermore, the Master of Science (MSc) allows students to participate in a work-study programme in which they can apply the latest research findings directly at their workplace.

- Master of Banking and Finance - a top-ranking programm for specialists in finance (in German) - in cooperation with Zurich University of Applied Sciences and Arts
- Master of Business Administration with a Major in Business Development and Promotion – from innovation through to successful market launch
- Master of Science in Business Administration - Major in Tourism – an attractive international professional development programme combining service management and tourism, offered in a typical Swiss city with a strong emphasis on leisure tourism (in cooperation lecturers from University of Brighton). This programme is fully taught in English.
- Master of Science in Business Administration, Major in Public and Nonprofit Management (in German) – Innovative management training for public or non-profit organisations (in cooperation with Zurich University of Applied Sciences and Arts).
